Why we built Logis

Cyprus companies juggle the same problems: scattered documents, unclear handoffs between founders and advisers, and compliance work that only gets attention when a deadline looms.

We wanted a single, opinionated workflow layer: calm interfaces, clear ownership of tasks, and room for professionals to do their job without replacing their expertise.

How we think about trust

  • Platform, not advice. Logis is software and process infrastructure. It does not replace the judgment of your accountant, lawyer, or other providers.
  • Verification and auditability. We design flows so actions, versions, and handoffs can be reviewed, useful for internal control and for working with your professionals.
  • Not an archive of record. You remain responsible for retention and backups that meet your legal and business needs; treat Logis as your operating layer, not the only copy of history.
