Each company entity has its own plan, subscription, and usage limits. One person can work across several companies, and several people can work in one company. Your provider firm also has a plan for its own company workspace.

Your firm’s own company workspace uses the same Free, Starter, or Pro subscription as any other company. Partner terms for marketplace-sourced work are agreed separately.

Each company entity has its own plan and subscription. The same person can access several companies, and team members share one company plan.
Yes. Each company entity can use Free with its own 2 GB storage and 5 AI scans per month, or choose a paid plan independently.
We notify you at 80% so there are no surprises. At 100% the affected feature pauses for that single company until you upgrade or until next month. Your data stays safe and accessible at all times — quotas never block reading.
A provider can include a paid client plan only when its agreement with Logis explicitly covers it. Otherwise, your company chooses and pays for its own plan.
You can cancel renewal at any time. A paid plan stays active through the period already paid for, then the company returns to Free. Historical documents and messages remain readable.
Annual billing costs ten monthly payments for twelve months of access. The plan card shows the monthly equivalent and the full amount charged once per year.
